Shipping Time

Once processed, your order will be shipped via an environmentally friendly carrier that offsets carbon emissions.

USA: 6 - 8 days (with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska).

We have partnered with a delivery service that offers CO2-neutral shipping. We believe it is part of our responsibility to care for the environment. Slower delivery means 30% less carbon offset. To compensate for the extended delivery time, we offer free shipping on all orders year-round.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location. While we'll do our best to get your order to you promptly, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If you haven’t received your package 15 business days after it was shipped, please contact us at hello@ecowashies.com. We’ll either send you a new one or provide a full refund. Your order may have been lost during transit.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Eco Washies is not liable for packages lost in transit. The return process must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
